ABOUT SUPREME COURT RULINGS
- Supreme Court rulings are final and may not be appealed.
- Once issued, rulings are considered law of the land until overturned or revised by a future Court.
- Rulings may be cited by attorneys during court cases as legal precedent.
- Lower courts are expected to interpret and apply law in accordance with these decisions.
