8.3 Business Operations: All businesses must operate within the guidelines established by the server, including adhering to roleplay rules established via memorandums by Property & Land Management or corresponding admin groups.
9. Erotic Role Play (ERP)
9.1 ERP Boundaries: All Erotic Role Play must be consensual and occur outside of public view to avoid discomfort for other players, or demonstration of sexual acts to players who have not consented. Players must respect boundaries and adhere to consent agreements at all times.9.2 Our Duty to Report: Should an individual be involved in a forbidden erotic roleplay scenario or out of character predatory conduct, all offending parties involved will receive a permanent ban with no chance of appeal whatsoever. Ownership of the server will also follow all US reporting requirements to our local authorities as well as the origin of the player.
9.4 Forbidden acts: Non-consensual Erotic Role Play, or anything mentioning, or pertaining to necrophilia, bestiality, or any other illegal sexual acts is strictly prohibited.
